I have over 25 years of experience in financial operations and business management.

Starting as an Executive Assistant and Bookkeeper → Operations Manager → Director of Finance → CFO.

I grew up with self-employed parents and then married into a family business, both of which I worked in. I had the unique perspective of learning how to run the business as an Owner before I ever became an employee. I understood how all of the processes happening on the back end of the business needed to be efficient, effective, and, most importantly, empower the decision-makers.

Being involved with financial operations at every level—from Support to Executive—means that I’ve experienced the bottlenecks and downfalls of complicated processes.

I’ve learned what works and doesn’t at all different revenue levels, from 6-figures to millions. This way, you don’t have to waste precious time trying to figure it out on your own. (Or worse – staying stuck doing it the same messy way and not scaling at all!)
